This is the everyday shape in the range rather than the running one. The base is broad and the toe is rounded rather than tapered, so there is room across the front of the foot, and the capsules underneath are set out wide instead of stacked narrow. It is built for a day of standing as much as for a run.
The listing describes a breathable engineered upper, a cushioned sole of hollow capsules that absorbs the landing and returns it on push-off, and a rubber outsole for traction across a range of surfaces.

A capsule sole is not one piece of foam: each capsule has to be shaped and bonded, and the rubber pads under them are another operation again. Spreading them across a base this wide takes a larger mold than a narrow running sole does.
We sell direct from EU warehouses. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a pair like this is simply not in the price.

They are hollow capsules. Each one collapses under the weight of the landing and opens again as the foot rolls forward, so the give comes from the shape of the sole rather than from a solid slab of foam.
It is wider and deeper than the front. The heel takes the first contact on most steps, so there is more material there and the capsules are bigger, and the base flares out to keep the landing from tipping.
