Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.

Hype Stride is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will provide either:

A replacement shipment, or
A full refund

Hype Stride is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
