At Hype Stride, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, tags, inserts, and complimentary gifts (if applicable).
Not show signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or alteration.

Hype Stride reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the item received.
Photographs of the packaging.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you simply changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take between 5–10 business days after approval.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers must follow the return procedure after delivery.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, Hype Stride will offer either:

A replacement shipment, or
A full refund.

Investigations may require up to 14 business days depending on the carrier.
